9:30 am to 11:30-am

The village hall will be open from 9:30am until 11:30am for all exhibits to be registered and displayed.

11:45am

The doors will be closed at 11:45am PROMPT when judging will take place.

3:00pm

The Village hall will open again for the general public to view the exhibits and any certificates won.

** There will be tea, coffee and cake available to purchase, kindly run by the Leigh W.I. and the local Scout group and FLSA (Friends of Leigh School Association) will be running activities/stalls behind the village hall.

4:00pm

Prizes will be presented.
The raffle will be drawn.

4:30pm

Exhibits may be collected
